My name is Kendra and I am a mother to a spunky and sassy 5-year old little girl that loves to travel and explore the world around her. She is my inspiration for this blog as my husband and I have chased her through foreign countries, as well as our own, as she races to explore bustling cities, mountain towns, and everything in between!  It is important to us as parents that our daughter learns about the various cultures in the world, as well as, recognizes that she, as an individual, can have an impact on the environment, community, and world around her. I hope through sharing our experiences, tips, and guidance on traveling both abroad and in the United States, that you too will get to enjoy all of the amazing places, cultures, food, and people that this world has to offer!

When not traveling our daughter fully embraces her love of arts and crafts (as do I), so I’ve created a kids life section detailing our artsy adventures. Although some of these projects can already be found online, I’ve taken the time to write about them in order to give you ideas, as well as, clear instructions and guidance, in order to help you avoid the ever dreaded Pinterest fails. Additionally, I’ve added a DIY section of fun projects I have undertaken over the years varying from an ombre rainbow wall for my daughter’s room to a prosecco and chocolate pineapple teacher appreciation gift that we made for my daughter’s teachers. Each project has been fun and presented its own challenges. My hope is that you and your kids will find as much joy in each of these fun projects as we did!
